Our classes cater to all skill levels, offering expert instruction and hands-on experiences in pottery wheel throwing, handbuilding techniques, glazing, and more. All classes are conducted in small groups, allowing for personalised attention. All materials and tools needed will be provided.

You’ll feel at ease in our classes as you discover the joy of working with clay and the satisfaction of handcrafting your own unique pottery pieces. Join us and let your creativity flourish.

BEginner Class ($75)

Our introductory pottery taster sessions are designed to be a fun and exciting way to get a feel for working with clay on the wheel. Each participant will have their own wheel to use and will be carefully guided through the process of throwing by a seasoned instructor.

Whether you book for yourself or as a group of friends, this is a wonderfully fun and spirited introduction to the joys of throwing. An introduction that we hope will start a lifelong passion for this ancient traditional art form!

Intermediate Class ($60)

This class will build upon the skills of our introductory class, equipping students to create functional pieces and take their individual creativity to the next level. If you have done pottery classes before and are interested in taking your skills to the next level, this is the class for you. Our instructors have more than 30 years of experience teaching art. You will receive instruction that is tailored to fit your intermediate skills.

Paint your own pot

How it works:

1. Choose Your Pot. Browse our selection of high-quality pottery pieces, including mugs, bowls, vases, and more.

2. Paint Your Pot. Select your favorite colors from our wide range of glazes and let your creativity flow as you paint your design onto your chosen pot.

3. Leave it to us. Once you’ve finished painting, leave your pot with us. We’ll carefully fire it in our kiln to ensure a beautiful, glossy finish.

4. Collect your masterpiece. Your finished pot will be ready a few days later. Take home your personalized creation as a unique souvenir or gift.

Prices start at $50 per person, depending on your choice of pot.

Youth class ($50)
Youth CAmP ($150)

School age kids can get creative while playing with clay. They will learn the skills of wheel throwing, hand-building, and glazing.

During this time students will learn many fun techniques to design and create a number of beautiful pieces over the course of our 3-5 week program. Sculptures, bowls, cups and candle holders are just some of the many things made by students in our studio.

Pizza and Pottery ($85)

This class is designed for beginners. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for you to explore your creativity as you learn how to create beautiful and functional ceramic pieces that you can proudly take home. All while you get to eat some pizza.

Throughout the class, you will be guided step-by-step on how to mould and shape clay into one of these forms: bowl, cup, vase. You’ll learn wheel techniques while also getting a chance to nourish your belly and your soul over a delicious pizza pie.

specialty Classes (price varies)

We love to embrace the seasons and the passing of time. Throughout the year, we run a variety of speciality classes related to local, and regional, and national holidays and events.

Come join us and celebrate special events in our island’s life by submerging your bare hands in clay and turning your work into a masterpiece to mark the season.

This art therapy experience is ideal for all ages, interests, and experience levels.

SIP & SPIN ($90)

Have you always wanted to get your hands muddy and give wheel throwing a try while also engaging in a fun evening of wine tasting? We have just the thing for you!

Our Sip & Spin evenings are a fun way to learn some wheel throwing skills while also enjoying a night out with friends.

Enjoy your beverage and an evening of making pottery with one of our skilled instructors who will guide you through the steps. There is no experience needed for attending these beginner classes.
